Our vests are easy-to-wear and lighter, whilst offering the highest level protection from ballistic, grenade and blast fragments, also preventing excessive trauma to the torso/body. Our Vests utilises the latest composite armour material, providing the highest level of protection, utilising a single material, due to an advanced patented composite ultra-high-tensile fibres and thermoplastic.

A significant additional and unique characteristic of the Ace Armour Products vests and jackets is that the defence properties of the vests materials are unaffected by high humidity or wet conditions. Our vests and jackets have undergone a series of qualification and certification tests to meet specific body armour standards of police, civilian and military users in numerous countries.

Since our armour can be tailored to your requirements, it has to meet and exceed the accepted international standards for body armour. Our range of ACE Armour Products, meet and exceed the specifications of National Institute of Justice (NIJ) and Home Office Scientific Development Branch – (HOSDB). Ballistic Certification will be provided on request.

They have been tested for perforation resistance to bullets fired from hand guns, carbines, shotguns, rifles, 9mm sub-machine guns, knives, spikes, needles, shrapnel and glass fragments. The armour can minimise blunt trauma energy all ballistics as in certification and yet absorb punches, kicks, bricks and projectiles, far superior to existing armour.

We can also provide armour constructions that are immune to effects of chemical and biological attack and have opacity to radar and microwave energy. We can even provide flame resistance cover materials that can withstand temperatures up to 800 centigrade.
