Our steam activation process is eco-friendly, sulfur-free, and energy-recycling, reducing carbon emissions by 3.67 tons when producing every one ton of bamboo based activated carbon . It well meet the requirements of ISO14067 for EU carbon footprint compliance, it effectively offsets carbon taxes.

ACarbon®bamboo based extruded activated carbon has a well-developed pore structure, with a microporous ratio of up to 90%, and a large specific surface area (1100-1500m²/g), low ash (10-12%), strong adsorption capacity, small usage per unit volume, low comprehensive application cost.

With precise control over 0.5–1.2 nm micropores, it achieves “lock-and-key” adsorption for pollutants ≤1 nm in diameter (e.g., benzene series, hydrogen sulfide). Spent carbon can be repurposed as soil conditioner or bio-fertilizer, eliminating hazardous waste disposal expenses, which is good for saving the costs of solid waste treatment.
