Band and Strip Heaters

We are offering an extensive range of Band and Strip Heaters to the clients at market leading prices. These Band and Strip Heaters are suitable for larger surface area applications that do not require precise heat distribution of a coil heater. Our range of Band and Strip Heaters is developed using two types of methods namely:

Mica Band and Strip

• Low to moderate operating temperature (400F-450F max with secure clamping)
• Requires secure mounting for best heat transfer
• Recommended to 30 w/sq. inch watt density
• Hole and cut out arrangements can be accommodated

 
Ceramic Band

• High operating temperature up to 1400 F
• Varied thicknesses of 5/8”, 7/8”, and 1”
• Recommended to 40 w/sq. inch (ultra-thin ceramics to 65 w/sq. inch)
• Optional air cooled design for the extrusion market
