FR900 Continuous band sealer can seal plastic films made from various materials continuously.
FR900 Continuous band sealer machine is very easy to operate. All the operator needs to do is feed bags into the machine. Filled bags move along on a motorized conveyor belt. The machine guides the top of each bag through the sealing process by PTFE bands.
It is suitable for sealing small package in foodstuffs, general merchandise, medicine, spices, seeds and chemical industries.
Durable mild steel construction, Seals any thermoplastic material including PE, PP, and laminates
Sealing speed of up to 472 inches per minute (depending on the operator, ~20-26 bags/minute).
