We offer high precision Band Sealing Machines in the market. Our Continuous Band Sealing Machine is used for sealing different kinds of pouches for effective packaging. In addition, we are acknowledged among the choicest Vertical Band Sealing Machine Exporters in India.

Band Sealing Machine is a semiâ��automatic sealing system to seal pre-formed & filled pouches like center seal pouch, three side pouch, stand-up pouch and zipper pouch etc. made-up of heat sealable laminated film.
The machine has sealing & cooling zone over the length of the Teflon bands which conveys filled pre-formed pouch with the help of adjustable conveyor at bottom.
The line speed of the adjustable conveyor & Teflon bands is synchronized.
The machine can be provided with the optional dozing system (at an extra cost) for the powder, granule products like Auger Filling System, Volumetric Cup Filling System, and Electronic Load Cell based Weigh Filling System etc.
