Bandrone 150 Tablet is used in the treatment and prevention of postmenopausal osteoporosis. It strengthens bones by stopping cells called osteoclasts from breaking down bone. This keeps bones strong and lowers the chance of fractures in women after menopause who have osteoporosis.
