It is well supported by two rigid hard-chrome plated & ground vertical columns, which are guided by self lubricated bronze bushes. The blade is guided by adjustable bearings & carbide wear pads. The cutting blade can be tightened and released manually ( hydraulic tightening as optional ) . The blade is hydraulically tightened up to recommended tensile strength of the saw blade. The bandsaw is driven by gear box directly coupled or belt driven with motor having sufficient drive power to cut any kind of material.
