Bar Feeders

HA can assist our customers with bar feeding applications.Here the Pneumatic Bar-100 handles stock up to 1 in. dia and provides fully automatic loading of single bars up to 6 ft long using air-driven push rod. When push rod is removed, bars up to 12 ft long can be loaded for manual feeding using bar puller. Draw-tube liner handles bar stock from 0.125-1 in. dia. Tray incorporates scale for measuring bar length. Setup is provided via 3-point leveling system, while control interface runs complete bars or fixed number of parts.
