New-concept machine with special devices for high-quality finishing of any garments, ranging from wet or dry shirts and lab coats to classic jackets, sports jackets and coats.
Besides the typical performance of form finishers with pneumatic sleeve tensioning, this machine offers the big advantage of tightening the garment lower part, tensioning it to keep it perfectly stretched during the finishing process.
Pneumatically operated carriage, with rear and side clamps, for lower hem tensioning.
Pneumatic rear clamp, which holds garments at the back.
Pneumatic, height adjustable side clamps, for garments of any shape.
Interchangeable front clamps: heated clamp for shirt and white coat drying, cold clamp for jackets pressing.
Interchangeable collar clamps: one model for shirts and one model for jackets.
Vacuum front buck for garment holding during loading operations.
Automatic device to switch off and move away the sleeve arms, to allow easy operations on the garments.
Automatic device to select the pre-set pressure for the front clamps, depending on drying or ironing needs.
Automatic adjustment of shoulder inclination, to switch from shirts to jackets and vice versa.
Adjustment of shoulder expanders.
Computer for storage and selection of nine different finishing programmes.
Hot and cold blowing.
