These products need marked identification, and at the same time, on the requirements of digital management, label itself need to include more and more information. Due to the particularity of these industries,the labels must resist high temperature, acids, oil, latex, rough uneven surface , and during strorage transportation, the labels may suffer rain, thunder, uv and other ultra enviroment, all of these aspects need the label meet more requirements.
the special surface coating is designed for heat transfer carbon belt printing or uv ink printing, it has the characteristic of good rate and excellent chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, excellent resistance to high temperature. The labels could work under the high temperature environment of 600℃；resist a variety of additives, melting agent and cleaner, acids, oil, chemical material such as latex, these features enable them maintain excellent performance in all kinds of application environment.
the label is combined by pet plastic film and paper, which not only ensure the good performance of resistance to tear and high temperature, but also excellent print performance.
currently our labels are applied by iron&steel enterprises, and our engineers have developed several kind of label attachment for these labels to fix on the steel product, like label clips, lebal welding stud, many of them have got national patent certification.
Our labels combined with our barcode management system, are applied by many customers, this technique have improve the working efficiency and decreased the labor cost of the steel mills.
