our company developed bar code management system contained with laser bar code management system and heat transfer bar code management system. The two system software management and wireless network are constructed based on same style. Only the bar code label printers are different.
　　the laser bar code label printer suits for management of high temperature (300-950 ℃), the product info and code info are printed on anti-heat label.
　　the heat transfer bar code printer suits for management which the temperature requirement is not very high(
system introduction:
　　by the label printer to print the production, quality and measurement info during manufacture on the bar code label ( contains heating no., position no. And bundle no.,), by wireless network and wireless data collector to recognize the bar code and finish the in house procedure and quality certificate print ( local or outside), establish a tracing system based on the bar code, to realize the quality management tracing to bundle.

1. Bar code organization
　　bar code can adopt one dimension and two dimension ean-128 code
　　normally the steel factory bundle bar code are organized as follows:

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11（serial no.）
　　from 1 to 7 refers to the bundle heating no. The 8 digital refers to position no. The 9 and 10 digital refers to the bundle no. The 11 digital is backup. The digital combination can be arranged according to different factory requirement.
2.the software is designed according to requirement, include:
1) finished material incoming management work
2) finished material outgoing management work.
3) finished material stocktaking management work.
4) stock moving management work
5) commission management work.
6) finished material none conformity alarm management work.
