Barcode Management Systems For Gas Cylinders

We successfully developed permanent barcode labels for gas cylinders, which use corrosion resistant metal as matrix and integrate barcode information with ceramic glaze. It�s designed to last outdoors for 20-30 years.
One cylinder, we give one barcode , same as one person with one ID card. The cylinder information was profiled, such as produce date, manufacturer,exprity date etc.
If the cylinder was taken to LPG filling station ,the operator will scan the barcode before the filling, to check if the cylinder is qualified, Our LPG scale can automatic refuse to fill unqualified cylinders.
After filling , you can scan cylinder barcode, the filling information will transfer into computer system. Such as, operator ID, customer info, fill quantity, date etc.
During transportation, scan barcode by mobile to track cylinder position.
