Barley Flakes

"Barley is a wonderfully versatile cereal grain with a rich nut like flavour and an appealing chewy, pasta-like consistency. High in fiber and low in fat, barley is a whole-grain food. Our organic Barley whole is low in gluten and can be mixed with other grain flour such as wheat to make chapatti, which is very good for digestion. It takes very little time to cook. It improves digestion and provides more nutrients for the calories consumed.
