Barrel Pumps

Everest Barrel Pumps are ideally suited for pumping high viscous liquids from barrel to your production tank. The liquids like Glucose, Tomato Pulp, Grease, Toothpaste, Malt, etc are highly viscous and cannot be easily pumped from barrel hygienically with conventional pumps. Everest barrel pumps can handle these liquid efficiently and hygienically.
The pumping unit consists of a Screw Pump with Drive. Vertical movement of the pump is achieved by pneumatic /hydraulic system. A follower plate is provided on the pump with enabling complete emptying of the barrels. The entire pumping unit can be easily dismantled and reassembled at site.
