Basket Mill

Basket mill is designed for combined process of material premixing, grinding & dispersing in a single operation. A well designed grinding basket having grinding media in to the process tank with material charge. As the mill starts the bottom blade start dispersing & driving it in to the grinding chamber which having high shearing & attrition forces developed by combine process of the milling & grinding media. This process requires a numbers of times repetition until the entire product passes through the chamber & evenly processed.
