    Air-Tech offers complete automation for storage, Conveying, Weighing, Mixing for continuous processing in Mixing. In this system the PVC & other materials can be directly be transferred from weighing hopper for conveying to feed hopper fixed o top of High Speed Mixer. 

    Features
     
    • Suitable for transfer up to 1500 Kgs per hour.
    • Automatic filter bag cleaning system by reverse jet system.
    • PTFE coated cylindrical Cartage filters for easy cleaning.
    • Batching receiving hopper of S.S 304 duly polished from inside for free flowing of material, Level sensor & pneumatically operated discharge valve for feeding to Heating Mixer.
    • Compressed air is provided externally with sequencal timer which keeps the system clean & maintains conveying efficiency.
    • PLC can be provided on request.
