Batcher for granular materials - Operating principle:
The pallet with a bag is fixed on a weighing platform by hinges hung on hooks. The gusset is tightened on the loading hopper by the clamp. The bag inflate ventilator is turned on by the signal from the weighing processor and the batching of granular material in the mode "Low" - "High" is carried out. After the end of batching the lift truck raises the tray with the bag, the gusset is released from the hinge and the pallet is taken out from the weighing zone.
Further, the cycle repeats.
