For aim of reduced CO2 emissions and recovering braking energy lithium ion batteries have proved to be most suitable instrument. Developments are being made to make Li-ion battery for used as standard storage devices in HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicles and PHEV (Plug in hybrid electric vehicles). The Chamber also known as Battery Test Chamber and Li Ion Battery Test Chamber.
