These wires are supplied in coils with Phosphated coating to facilitate cold heading operation. SPECIFICATIONS : Grade EN31 / SAE 52100 (Carbon 0.98 – 1.10 % and Chromium 1.30 – 1.60%).Microstructure: Uniformly distributed fine carbide globules in ferrite matrix i.e. Spherodized annealed. All properties like Hardness, Tensile strength, Size tolerance, coil weight etc. are maintained as per customer’s specification.
