Contact SupplierThe belt is typically constructed using EP (polyester-nylon) or NN (nylon-nylon) fabric plies covered with a rubber top and bottom layer. It is available in various grades such as M24, N17, heat-resistant, oil-resistant, fire-resistant, and food-grade. The belt width ranges from 300 mm to 2000 mm or more, and standard thickness ranges from 5 mm to 25 mm depending on the number of plies and application. Tensile strength typically starts from 160 kN/m and can go up to 2000 kN/m or more. The surface may be plain, rough top, cleated, or chevron patterned based on the application. The belt edges can be cut or sealed, and it is compatible with both flat and trough conveyor systems.
