Belt Conveyors, Load Capacity : Customized

Horizontal Belt is ideally used to convey items with irregular bottom surfaces, small items that could fall between rollers or bags that may sag between rollers. Belt conveyors drive the belt, where roller conveyors drive the load, making belt conveyors easier on more fragile conveyed products.

It has become an industry standard due to its versatility. It is deployed in manufacturing, distribution (extensively), product handling, and warehousing application. Applications are many sorting, packing, inspection, assembly line operations, testing, etc. These conveyors have a sheet metal frame with rollers at either end. The belt slides across the solid metal frame, giving it the name Slider Bed. It's an inexpensive, quiet, easily-installed conveyor.

These are also available in roller beds. Roller bed design reduces belt friction and provides greater capacity. Applications include: assembly, inspection and packing operations, moving product. Roller bed conveyors have a much higher load weight capacity than slider bed conveyors by reducing the friction caused by the belt against the bed surface.
The belt is chosen as per the product requirement. Options in belt are available for Accumalation, FDA approved and cut resistant for steel Industry etc.

Frame/ Structure is also selected as per application. It is available in Steel, SS or Aluminium as per requirement
