Designed as per IS: 2386 (Part I), the Aggregate Thickness Gauge is used to determine flakiness index of the aggregate. The aggregate particles are to be flaky, if their thickness is less than 0.6 of their normal size. Aggregate Thickness Gauge consists of a frame with sliding panel with accurate slots of standard width and length, the complete assembly is chrome plated.
