Bent Tube Polishing Machine

We are offering tube polishing machine, planetary belt polishing machine is designed for finishing bent tubes & straight rubes. The part to be polished is passed through the machine manually. Two abrasive belts revolve around the part thus polishing the circumferential area of bent part & even at bent portion. by using additional guides & drive at inlet & outlet, straight long tubes can also be polished. This machine can generate belt ground or satin finish.
This machine is very easy to set & operate. it is used extensively by manufacturer of handrails, staircase railing’s handles & furniture where you need to polish bent tube as well as straight.
The biggest advantage is that you can achieve consistent high quality finish on straight portion as well as bent portion and radius of tubular parts.
