• The high hardness makes heat treatment unncessary:
• Small friction coefficient
• Wear and corrosion resistant, smooth and service life is prolonged
• Fast thernal conductivity
• No falling mark of the formaing and finished products.
• It is wear and corrosion resistant, smooth and high temperature resistant (700-1200oC), and its service life is 3-7 times of steel mould;
• The high hardness makes heat treatment unnecessary
• Easy machining

Use : Mainly - Stainless steel tensile mould materials.
Remarks

• For low-pressure casting and gravity casting moulf, their service life can be 70,000 times for casting moulds:
• Die-casting of copper up to 30,000 times
• Die-casting of aluminum up to 200,000 times
• Die-casting of magnesium up to 200,000 times
• The general service life of stainless steel tensile mould materials is up to 30,000 times (which can be used continuously after a minor repair)
