Beverage Merchandiser Display Rack

A client recently contracted Bull Display to design and manufacture a series of distinctive, free-standing consumer retail floor displays to hold and showcase beverage mixer bottles. Our customer requested that the display have an innovative look and enticing appeal that would help draw consumers to their products. Working closely with our client, we designed a uniquely attractive unit that would mimic the shape of the displayed beverage mixer bottles.
The new display was constructed from sturdy 34” square steel tubing with durable sheet metal shelves. Maintaining tight, precision tolerances, we sheared and blanked all shelf parts, and then cut, deburred, and formed the vertical support frame tubing and wire bottle retaining band. The tubing was bent to mimic the shape of the bottles being displayed.
To make these units more attractive, we added a four-color printed styrene header and applied a chrome powder coated finish. These touches enhanced the design of the display without detracting from or clashing with the interestingly shaped, brightly colored bottles. Measuring 17x9x65 inches, this display is reasonably compact in size, and yet stocks a significant amount of merchandise -(up to four cases of product) Designed and manufactured by Bull Display Products to meet our customer’s unique retail requirements, these displays were then assembled and packed for shipment to our client’s numerous national retail facilities.
