BICYCLE PARTS (Chain Adjuster, Cotter Pin, all kinds of Bicycle Fasteners, Caliper Brakes, Cantilever Brakes, V-Brakes, Brakes Levers, Hubs, Seat and Hub Quick Release), Complete Bicycles, Alloy Components viz.HUBS, QUICK RELEASE and SEAT CLAMPS, Air pumps (both Hand and Foot operated) and Lubricating equipments viz.Oil Can, Grease Guns etc. and Hand Tools viz. WOOD WORKING VICES. The Group of industries include VISHIVKARMA INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD., S.S. PRODUCTS OF INDIA, VISHIVKARMA BIKES and DASS EXPORTS.
The State-of-the-art New Factory - M/S. VISHIVKARMA BIKES is manufacturing Complete Bicycles. The Group has installed latest machinery (both imported and domestically made viz.Cold forging, CNC Turning, Sheet Cutting, Plating (Zink and Chrome), phosphating , Heat Treatment, Paint Shop, Testing Lab, Tool Room (equippoed with modern die making machine), Effluent Treatment Plant etc. To excel in quality, we are carrying out incoming inspection of each components and consumables, Chemical analysis of each lot of raw material, calibration of instruments, preventive maintenance of machinery, Rejection analysis, 100% inspection of lots at different stages, internal quality audits, Proper System of Material identification and its traceability, vendor rating and worker's training. Work environments is fully computerized (ERP, AUTOCAD etc.)
