The company is manufacturing a wide range of bicycles, and bicycle parts especially Bicycle Frames, Front Fork, Front & Rear Mudguard, Chain Stay, Seat Stay & Complete Bicycles. The company is supplying many of its products to major bicycle manufacturer and has a strong dealer and distributors network throughout India. The company is marketing all its products under its popular brand Vishwas for domestic & Rocky for exports.
Plant Facilities :The Company is having a well Equipped Plant with latest machinery and all the facilities for manufacturing of its products under one roof. The raw Material is purchased in the bulk from very reputed sources to ensure quality. The process and machinery employed are consistent with the quality management system in place. There are separate sections for Research and Development, Marketing and Finance, Electroplating, Chains, Spokes, Pedals, Hubs, Brakes and Handles. The new ultramodern Paint Plant is recently being installed. The final product is checked thoroughly before it is packed in a separate Packaging section. The company has qualified technicians to Inspect the products at every steps. Also the care is taken to reduce rejection rate and to ensure timely delivery .
