Bimetal Strips

The Bimetal Strips, offered by us, are used in heavy electrical connections where these are used for contacts of aluminum to copper. We offer a range of Bimetal Strips in different thickness i.e. 1.0 mm, 2.0 mm and 3.0 mm. wherein the copper to aluminum ratio is 20: 80. Our Bimetal Strips are designed to reduce joint resistance and prevent galvanic corrosion. This ensures durability for terminations and improves reliability of power systems, irrespective of its voltage. The bond is strong yet metallurgical. It can be subjected to various tests such as bend, cup, chisel, electrical specific resistance, etc., to ensure that the most desirable properties of different metals and alloys are combined to solve the design problems, economically.
