Aeration caused by vibrating disc loosens up the product allowing it to flow easier.

The fluidizer disk forces air to move along the bin wall freeing up product and assuring proper product flow & cleanout. 
Vibrating disk seals tightly against the silo wall and prevents airline plugging. 
The vibrating disk will not tear OR pick up moisture and is unaffected by temperatures up to 110°C.
