Bin Feeder

Depending on requirement, we supply three, four or five bin cold feeder along with the plant. Storage capacity of each Bin ranges from 10 tons to 20 tons. Stationery (NU type) gears coupled with DCAC motors for very smooth operation of each bin. Each bin has variable speed. The control panel synchronizes the speed of the belts to give optimum output. Special adjustable rubber borders under all the bins to prevent leakage of aggregate. To regulate the aggregate flow, we provide feeder that is easy to use and maintain. It is of single chassis construction. At each Bin a radial gate is provided which can be opened in any position to regulate the aggregate flow. Individual endless belts are provided below the gates to discharge material onto the gathering belt.
