The Eco Bio-compack is a horizontal vessel in the shape of a cone frustum containing disintegrator elements for size reduction. The vessel is rotated for 2-3 minutes in a day by a PLC operated geared motor. A bio-culture is sprayed to seed the composting mechanism. The entire system is a complete packaged and containerized assembly mounted on a �skid� type base that can be trailer mounted if needed. As the system is fully closed and vented, there are no possibilities of odor, pest or bird nuisance.
Working Of Bio Compact System

• Raw garbage is segregated by the user and loaded into a receiving hopper and disintegrated in a shredder to make it more amenable to composting.
• The hopper is fitted with an exhaust fan to keep the garbage aerobic and fresh.
• Naik Enviro Bioculture â��WCâ�� consisting of a rich and diverse consortium of microbes is sprayed on the shredded mass which is sprayed on the garbage in the loading bin.
• The ECOBIOCOMPACK is a cylindrical vessel mounted with its axis parallel to the ground. Shredded solid waste is charged into the Eco-Biocompack.
• Bioculture WX also contains N, K and P compounds to enhance the nutrient value of the product.
• The Bio-compack is designed in such a way hat the compost moves gradually forward along the axis as the composting process takes place simultaneously.
• Raw garbage is blended with composting mass (which is relatively drier) in the reactor and thus the requirement of saw dust is minimized. The use of shredded paper waste and garden residues also minimizes the need for saw dust for moisture control.
• Compost travels to the furthest end of the vessel which has sieves designed to discharge compost into a trolley placed below the vessel.
• Stray Plastic, metal and other inerts that get carried forward are hand-picked from the compost by opening the vessel periodically and disposed off/recovered separately
• The entire operation is extremely simple and the system once stabilized, it can be left to itself with very little human intervention. A control panel takes care of the operation of the plant.
