Fit bio muesli bars are produced from natural ingredients
– oat and wheat flakes, extruded maize and rice,
dried fruit (apples, raisins, apricots, papaya, pineapple,
pears, cranberries.), sunflower seeds, soya, nuts, coconuts.
An important ingredient of bars is dried fruit,
mainly apples which are grown in the company’s own
orchards and subsequently processed in their own drying
house. Thanks to their composition, the bars are a
natural source of fibre, vitamins and minerals, they do
not contain beet sugar (those without coating) and they
are not chemically preserved.
Fit bio muesli bar is an example of raw food with sufficient
content of energetically active nutrients – carbohydrates
and fats. A high content of rough fibre, which
is its important component, is indispensable for the correct
function of the digestive system. It prevents gaining
weight, fights high blood pressure, high concentration
of cholesterol in blood and contributes to faster bowel
motion and averts colon cancer. Fibre also gives you a
feeling of satiety.
