Biomass Briquette Machine

The raw materials that are fed into the Briquetting Machine must have only 7%-12% moisture as already we saw. Then only the BRIQUETTES that are formed will be solid and hard and will not break easily. But if the moisture level is higher, the BRIQUETTES do not form easily and the formed BRIQUETTES will easily break into pieces. Also when they burn smoke will be produced and the temperature level will be low. Especially during the rainy and winter season, the moisture level will be higher. In that case, to reduce the moisture level, a dryer is used. The higher moisture level raw materials are fed into the dryer and the moisture level is reduced to 7%-12% level.
