Biosafety Cabinet

We are one of the prominent manufacturers and exporters of biosafety cabinet. Thick board duly sunmica clad is used by our team members to manufacture these cabinets. Interior surfaces are epoxy painted for its longer life. Fitted with u.v. Germicidal light, static pressure manometer, exhaust system (suitable for 6 feet duck) and virus burn out unit, the work table offered is manufactured using heavy gauge stainless steel. Thick transparent plexiglass duly framed is used to manufacture side panels. The entire unit is fitted with pre-filter and hepa filter. Pre-filter helps in drawing air and is made to pass through highly effective hepa (high efficiency particular air) filter shaving efficiency retaining all air-borne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. The blower and motor assembly is statically and dynamically balanced using a dynamic balancing machine. Motor of 1/4 h.p. Capacity operates with minimum noise level. With the help of fluorescent lighting fitted to the unit, the working area is illuminated.
