    Biryani is undoubtedly the most liked dish across the country and when it is about authentic chicken biryani, no one can resist it being stuffedThis Murug Biryani recipe is filled with Biryani masala made with various spices and makes for an absolutely delicious dinner party dish.
    Ingredients Of Chicken Biryani

    • 500 Gram Chicken leg
    • 4-5  Green chilli
    • 4 Small Elaichi
    • 200ml curd
    • 4 clove
    • 8 to 10 pcs black pepper
    • 1 Kg Basmati rice
    • Salt to Taste
    • 1 tsp AAA Gold Cumin Seed
    • 50gm AAA Gold Biryani masala
    • 200 Ml Desi ghee
    • 2 tsp Ginger paste
    • 2 tsp Garlic paste
    • 0.1 Gram Saffron
    • 100 Gram Onion
    • 10 Gram Mint


    Preparation

    • Wash the chicken thoroughly and marinate in a dry pot with ginger, garlic paste,  yogurt and AAA gold biryani masala and keep aside.
    • Soak basmati rice for 20 minutes.
    • Take thick bottom pan, put all whole spices, slices of onion, cook till brown, add  marinated chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
    • Boil rice in salt and mint flavoured water.
    • Add chicken in pre cooked rice.
    • Cover with lid and cook till the steam comes outCheck seasoning.
    • Serve hot with raita Or Green Chutney
