These ovens have maximum temperatures of 300 °c with connected loads of 6.2 kw (8.5 hp). (415 vac, 50 hz) and weight of 4000 kg. Available with tray size of 600 mm x 800 mm (23.5” x 31.5”), the working capacity of the bakery oven b-2200 on per batch basis comprise bread 400 gm (840 loaves - 4 trolleys x 14 shelves), sponge cake (300 kg - 4 trolleys,56 trays), buns (45 gm 2520 nos. - 4 trolleys, 72 trays), biscuits (112 kg - 4 trolleys, 72 trays), dry rusk (100 to 112 kg - 4 trolleys,72 trays) and khari (68 kg -4 trolleys, 72 trays).
