Asphalt, also called bituminous conglomerate, is a fundamental material of road construction field. It is mainly composed by aggregates and binder with an infinite variation of mixtures. The binder of the asphalt is called bitumen. Due to the very intensive traffic conditions, asphalt is constantly under stress.
