Zeochem is a one-component paint with a base of selected bitumens in solvent solution, manufactured from a formula developed in the MAPEI Research Laboratories

Zeochem has low viscosity and is easy to apply with a brush, roller or spray gun on horizontal, sloping or vertical surfaces.

Once it has completely dried after the evaporation of the solvent, Zeochem forms a film that bonds very firmly to the substrate. It is completely waterproof and chemically resistant to the action of water, diluted acids and most aggressive agents present in the soil and the atmosphere.

  Do not apply Zeochem on damp or wet substrates.
  Do not apply Zeochem with a spray gun in closed environments.
  Do not use Isamite to paint receptacles used for food products (drinking water, milk, etc.).
