We are offering cutback bitumen (liquid bitumen) is a bituminious binder in which bitumen is diluted in petroleum distillates in order to reduce bitumen's viscosity and consequently to increase the penetrating of bitumen in to the surface. cutback bitumen can also be sprayed at quite lower temperatures compared to the neat bitumen. the solvent will evaporate after application to leave the remaining material similar in hardess to the orginal bitumen.
