Abracut offers 3 different categories of Abrasive Belts for Auto Component Industry:
1) BX-45 - Belts with this bond are available in X & Y Weight and Poly/ Cotton Cloth backing. Width Range - 15mm to 1350mm. Grits - P24 to P600
2) BX-99 - Belts with this bond are available in Heavy Weight and Poly Cloth backing. Width Range - 15mm to 1350mm. Grits - P36 to P220
3) BX-567 (Premium) - Belts with this bond are available in Heavy Weight and Poly Cloth backing. Width Range - 15mm to 1350mm. Grits - P60 to P120
The specially treated Aluminium Oxide Grains provide significant stock removal in coarser grits and consistent finish in finer grits.
These belts are specifically meant for heavy duty deburring on forged and other ferrous auto -components
