It supports female hormonal balance. A bitter tonic herb, it stimulates the uterus, soothes aches and pains. It helps relieve various "female problems," from pre-menstrual syndrome and menstrual cramps to menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes. It has even been recommended as an alternative to standard hormone replacement therapy (hrt), which can produce unwanted side effects in many women.
Because of its hormonal effects, it is not recommended for pregnant or breast-feeding women or if you have an estrogen-sensitive cancer.
Serving size: ½- 1 ml (14-28 drops) 2 times a day in a small amount of water

black cohosh root extract 100 mg. Guaranteed to contain a minimum of 1 mg of triterpine glycosides as 27-deoxyactein.
