Black Raisin

  Black raisins are made by being laid on paper trays and allowed to dry in the sun for several weeks. Raisins range from about 67% to 72% sugars by weight, most of which is fructose and glucose. They also contain about 3% protein and 3.5% dietary fiber. The health benefits of raisins include relief from constipation, acidosis, anemia, fever, and sexual weakness.
