Black salt, Aroma : Sulfurous

Black Salt is manufactured from the ordinary salt harvested from the lake Sambhar of Rajasthan. This salt is used as an taste enhancer. Its bit sour in taste. Raw black salt in powder form is used in fruits, salads, raita, various chats, pani puri, dahi wada, and is used as one of the important ingredient for formulated spices such as jaljeera powder, chaat masala, channa masala etc.
