Manufactured Sand for Block Work
This standard of sand covers the requirements of naturally occurring sands, crushed stone sands and crushed gravel sands used in mortars for construction of masonry works.
Sand is crushed into fine aggregates produced from a source material and designed for use in concrete or other specific products. Only source materials with suitable strength, durability and shape characteristics are used. Production generally involves crushing, screening and washing.

Manufactured Sand is produced by feeding hard stones of varying sizes to primary and Secondary crushers (Jaw crusher and Cone crusher), for size reduction and these crushed Stones are further crushed in Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) crusher to reduce the particle size to that of sand.
Quality Assurance
We at Tavara utilize our industry leading resources to ensure that all our products meets international standards. The sand shall consist of natural sand, crushed stone sand or crushed gravel sand or a combination of any of these. All permissible controls are taken to ensure that the product offered and delivered are durable, clean and free from adherent coatings and organic matter and shall not contain the amount of clay, silt and fine dust.
