Blower Kit Assembly

As a full service metal fabrication shop, Fanmar Inc. has the manpower, equipment, and expertise to build complex assemblies with accuracy and economy. We manufactured the industrial fan blower pictured here, and its sturdy construction is guaranteed to provide a long lifetime of heavy duty use. Featuring overall dimensions of 46” in length, 38” in width, and 48” in height, we fabricated the components from both cold rolled steel and hot rolled pickled oil steel to give it strength and durability. Our technicians utilized a variety of equipment, including a shear, punch press, laser cutter, grinder, and drill press to fabricate the individual components. We used both spot and MIG techniques to create high-integrity welds, and dimensional and visual inspections at all critical points in the manufacturing process ensured we kept to the tight ± .005” tolerances called for in the customer specification.
