Contact SupplierWe hold expertise in manufacturing and supplying precision made Blower Reactivated Type Dryer. We are engaged in making available Blower Reactivated Type Dryer that is robustly constructed and gives high performance. Avail Blower Reactivated Type Dryer from us at very reasonable prices. The wet air entering the Dryer first comes into contact with the ceramic element of the Pre-Filter. Here the ceramic element retains on its surface solid impurities up to 5 microns and water droplets as well as piping dust & rust. The auto drain trap removes the condensate from the chamber. This filtered air then passes to the air drying plant. It is an automatic cycle of airflow through two desiccant beds, while one bed under adsorption the other one is under regeneration. The saturated filtered air enters the 3-way diaphragm control valve and is directed to the bottom portion of the tower for adsorption (Tower-I). The tower is packed with desiccant. The desiccant adsorbs moisture from the up going stream of air, which when reaches the top of the tower is already dry, leaves from the top of the tower and passes through the non-return Valve and enters the after Filter. The After Filter alike the Pre-Filter has ceramic element (candle) which prevents the desiccant dust carry-over into the system. For reactivation in the Tower-II hot air is required for which there is a motorized blower in the starting of the reactivation cycle, the motorized blower starts by which atmospheric air is sucked and directed towards the heater. After passing through the heater, this air which is just above atmospheric pressure gets heated up and is directed to the top portion of the Tower-II for reactivation. Alike the Tower-I, Tower-II is packed with desiccant. This hot air has a high capacity to carry moisture and thus will lead the moisture from the desiccant bed to the bottom portion of the tower and will be purged to atmosphere through the 2-way diaphragm control Valve. Normally if it is an 8 hours reactivation time, 5 hours heating will take place, thereafter, heater shall switch off and cooling of the desiccant will take place. Re pressurization and de pressurization takes for a few seconds before and after reactivation to eliminate fluidization. 3-way diaphragm control valve is provided at the wet airline for both the towers. It is provided to control the direction of airflow from one tower to another after fix intervals. A solenoid valve is provided on the diaphragm control valve to actuate the diaphragm resulting in the changeover. Dry air is used through the solenoid valve and diaphragm for actuating (this valve has one inlet and two outlets). 2-way diaphragm control valve is similar to the 3-way diaphragm control valve. This valve has one inlet and one outlet. Solenoid valve is also provided on this valve for the above-mentioned function. The timing of operation of this system is controlled by solenoid valve provided on the three ways diaphragm control valve which in turn is controlled through the timer in the control panel.
