Blue Chamomile Essential Oil is extracted from the flowers of Matriacaria Chamomilla L, that belongs to the Compositae Sunflower family of flowers. Chamomile German is also known as, ‘Blue Chamomile or True Chamomile’. It is similar to Roman Chamomile in many characteristics but different in psychical appearance. It is native to Europe, North America and some parts of Asia. Chamomile has been used as a medicinal herb since ancient times by Egyptians and Romans. It is known to treat Asthma, Cold and Flu, Fever, Skin Allergies, Inflammations, Anxiety, etc. It is often considered as European Ginseng.
