Product Details

Construction and mode of operation:
•	Cabinet, double walled, exterior finished in powder coating epoxy paint. Door, right hand hinge, with magnetic gasket and lock, full length plexi-glass inner door.

•	Insulated with the most efficient insulation available today, provided for improved refrigeration performance.

•	Forced air circulation through built-in large size fan via baffle plates, gives constant positive air flow throughout the chamber, as well as fast adjustment of the specimen to circulating air temperature.

•	Air Tempering is carried out by a finned heater and finned tube heat exchanger cooled by hermetic compressor.

•	Control Panel carrying all the controls, indicators, switches, heat energy regulator etc. Is placed on the top of the cabinet.

Controlling and Regulating:
•	Digital Display of actual value and set value with 0.1ºC Resolution allows exact control of temperature and repeatable setting of the same temperature value. The temperature in the chamber is measured with a high precision PT - 100 sensor.

Controller:
•	The fully electronic temperature controller with two point sensors automatically select cooling or heating. It gives very high precision and an excellent response due to the built-in feed back.

KBL Range of B.O.D. Incubators have additionally built-in illumination system comprising four 2 ft. Fluorescent tube lights housed vertically in the door and 24 hrs. ON/OFF cyclic timer for illumination control.
