Thin Boil Modified Starch ( Texosize TBS25 )

TexoSize TBS 25 is a thin boiled Chemicaly modified starch suitable for sand finishing operations in textile Indsutry.
It is Partially Hydrolysed starch product. Due to Reduction  in the chain length , the paste if it offers medium to low vicosity than those of unmodified starch.
It is used for sizing yarn along with other ingredients in the sizing process. It is especially suitable of cotton ,Denims and Polyester cotton blend yarns.
It also provides more penetration giving a better anchorage to starch film reducing flaking or droppings. Is also provides protection to yarn to meet friction and tension by giving uniform size penetration without developing abrasive points even on over drying.
Advantages :

• Does not develop abrasive points on over drying
• Provides flexible film and gives yarn the desired elasticity
• Compatible with all the ingredients used in sizing i.e. humectants, lubricants, gums, synthetic sizes, etc.
• Can be easilty removed during textile wet processing by traditional desizing process.
