Our company is known to provide reliable Boiler AMC services. We have on board a team of well-qualified and experienced professionals, who have years of experience in this domain. We are responsible for uninterrupted operations and maintenance of Boiler during the agreement period. In addition, we also ensure all necessary and statutory compliances as ESI, PF, Labor license, Service tax, VAT/CST, etc. Our services also include briquette unloading from truck and internal movement from storage area to boiler house.

Scope of Service :

Boiler Operating Contract (Part-A)

• We will be responsible for uninterrupted operations and maintenance of Boiler during the agreement period
• Boiler firing, Feeding of briquettes in boiler furnace to maintain desired pressure
• Scheduled cleaning of boiler, tubes and its connected accessories once in a month, (brush & rods will be provided by client)
• Housekeeping inside boiler house
• Briquette unloading from truck and internal movement from storage area to boiler house
• Ash disposal within the premises, place allocated by client
• Deployment of Firemen & Helpers.
• Ensuring all necessary and statutory compliances as  ESI, PF,Labour license, Service tax, VAT/CST.
• Ensuring all necessary and safety requirements for our workmen such as safety shoe, goggles, gloves and mask.

Briquette Supply   (Part-B)

• Average Calorific Value : 3900 to 4100 + 10%kcal/kg
• Maximum Ash Content : 10%
• Maximum Moisture Content : 8%
• Major Raw Material : Groundnut Shell / Sawdust /biomass
• Briquette Size : 90mm Diameter
• Packing L : Packed in Old Cement Bags

Our Scope :

• Dispatching Qualitative Briquette from Manufacturing Unit.
• Uninterrupted Supply of Committed Quantity

Penality Clause : If Biomax Unable to Provide Sufficient Fuel in Time, if Boiler Runs On Any other Liquid Fuel, the Cost of Fuel Will Be Charged to Biomax.
